The vibes here are mom and pop Mexican restaurant with beautiful folk art to cover the walls. The menu is a nice variety of traditional Mexican dishes. All the food is delicious. Their margaritas are made fresh and also very good. Highly recommend for a nice family dinner!
Had lunch here over the weekend and it was best authentic Mexican restaurant we've experienced in Georgia so far. Tacos were delicious even though the tortilla was a bit on the chewy side (as described by my daughter). I had gotten 2 steak and 2 pastor tacos and I preferred the pastor. Also chose the hot salsa for the tacos and it had good heat to it but also flavorful. Thoroughly enjoyed all of it. Wife got the huevos rancheros, which I helped finish, and it was also delicious. Our waitress couldn't be more polite and helpful. Service was top notch!! Can't wait to come again. Also, they have daily specials to check out.

Alebrije Mexican Cuisine offers great Mexican food with generous portions. We ordered the stone for 2, and it was more than enough to satisfy our hunger. The drinks were tasty, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We had a particularly positive experience when we accidentally left a purse behind— the manager came out to hand it to us as we were leaving, which was much appreciated. Overall, excellent food, great service, and a thoughtful staff. Highly recommend!
The food here is truly the best in town! I've been coming here for 6 years now. The true Mexico city style of cuisine is the best in Georgia. The owner is a great man, who always comes to your table to welcome you. The chefs are amazing, service is always prompt, food over the top delicious ! A MUST TRY for anyone who enjoys quality food. Light years different than all the other Mexican restaurants in town. The 'Best of Gwinnett' (5 years in a row, and 6th is sure to come!) awards on the wall show how well Alberije is appreciated. While all the food is amazing the brisket tacos are super great! Thanks to everyone working there for such a great service and food.
Margarita Mondays?!? We love it. These were some of the best margaritas we’ve enjoyed in a while and Monday’s have a deal. Check it out. Besides the drinks this place has a cool vibe to it. The service was outstanding, Samantha was our server and she was ON POINT!! Brisket tacos and the espresso flan were fantastic as well. We will find our way back here again!!

From the friendly greeting to the beautiful Mexican artwork, this restaurant was a pleasure to dine in. Our server was patient, kind and attentive. We always had extra napkins and topped off water, without having to ask. The servings were generous and reasonably priced. All of the food we had was delicious, including the refried black beans which are often hard to find. My review would not be complete without mentioning that they had the cleanest restaurant ladies room I have ever been in. No dirt in the corners, the stainless steel was sparkling clean, and covers were provided for the toilets. Even though we drove across town to dine here, this will be my go to Mexican restaurant from now on. There are so many new dishes on the menu, I can't wait to try them all!
